The Vibrant World of Pitaya

Pitaya, commonly known as dragon fruit, is a tropical fruit that originates from several species of cactus native to Southern Mexico and Latin America. Its distinctive bright pink or yellow exterior with green scales makes it visually appealing, often serving as a decorative element in various culinary creations. The fruit's flesh can be either white or pinkish red, complemented by tiny black edible seeds, creating a visually striking contrast.
