Code of Ethics
At the Restaurant Association, we believe trust, professionalism, and integrity are the foundation of a strong restaurant industry. This Code of Ethics outlines the standards of conduct we expect from our members, contributors, partners, sponsors, speakers, and anyone representing or participating in the Restaurant Association community. While this Code is not intended to replace applicable laws or contractual obligations, it reflects the values that guide our organization and helps foster a respectful, collaborative, and trustworthy environment for everyone.
Integrity and Honesty
Members and partners are expected to conduct business honestly and ethically. Information shared with Restaurant Association, fellow members, customers, or the public should be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Individuals and organizations should accurately represent their qualifications, certifications, affiliations, products, services, and relationship with Restaurant Association. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Members are expected to comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws governing their businesses, including employment regulations, food safety requirements, licensing, taxation, health regulations, and other industry-specific obligations.
