Twin Peaks is bringing its sports lodge experience to Kissimmee, Florida, with its 116th location nationwide opening June 29 complete with 50+ TVs, 32 beers on tap, a scratch-made menu, and more than 140 new local jobs.

Twin Peaks is heading to Kissimmee. The brand's newest sports lodge opens June 29 at 2911 Vineland Road in the Poinciana Place Shopping Center, sitting at the intersection of Highway 535 and U.S. 192. It's the first Twin Peaks in Kissimmee, the 16th in Florida, and the 116th location across the entire system. The timing works in the restaurant's favor. Opening in late June puts it squarely in the middle of summer tourism season in Central Florida, and just in time for the FIFA World Cup one of the biggest sports viewing events of the year and exactly the kind of occasion Twin Peaks was built for.
The Kissimmee location spans more than 8,500 square feet inside, with a separate enclosed patio adding another 1,500 square feet of usable space. Inside, guests will find more than 50 TVs covering virtually every sightline, two full-service bars, and 32 beers on tap served at the brand's signature 29 degrees in freezing cold mugs. The setup is designed around one thing - making sure no seat in the building is a bad seat for whatever game is on. Twin Peaks has always leaned into the sports destination angle, and the Kissimmee build continues that formula with a layout built to handle large groups without the viewing experience suffering.
The Kissimmee opening comes with a round of new menu additions that fit the sports-watching occasion well. New shareables include Black Bean Dip and Chips, Roasted Garlic Hummus and Chips, and Smash Burger Sliders. The Triple Play dip sampler already a fan favorite has been upgraded to let guests pick any three from an expanded list that now includes Avocado Smash, Chipotle Queso, Fire Roasted Salsa, Black Bean Dip, Smoked Sriracha Pimento Cheese, and Roasted Garlic Hummus, all served with warm tortilla chips. New entrees round out the additions. The Turkey Cheddar Melt stacks seared turkey, Billionaire's Bacon, and melted cheddar on grilled sourdough. Sweet Heat Shrimp Tacos layer jumbo fried shrimp with a sweet-spicy sauce and avocado smash. Twice-baked potatoes come in two versions a classic loaded preparation and a cheesesteak-style option with sliced ribeye, queso, roasted poblanos, jalapeños, and fresh pico de gallo. Alongside the new items, the kitchen still turns out the dishes the brand built its reputation on - in-house smoked brisket, smashed burgers, hand-cut steaks, flatbread pizzas, and the signature smoked and grilled wings.
The Kissimmee opening is expected to create more than 140 positions in the local area, spanning front-of-house roles, kitchen staff, management, and support team positions. Roger Gondek, Twin Peaks' President and Chief Operating Officer, framed the opening as an investment in the Kissimmee community not just a real estate expansion pointing to job creation and local talent development as part of what the brand brings to a new market. That community angle matters in a tourist-heavy market like Kissimmee, where residents can sometimes feel overshadowed by the hospitality industry's focus on visitors. A large employer creating 140 positions with management pathways is a different kind of presence than a seasonal pop-up operation.
Kissimmee joins three other Central Florida Twin Peaks locations International Drive in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and Lakeland giving the brand meaningful density in a region with high year-round traffic and a strong sports-watching culture. Building density in a market rather than spreading thin across isolated locations is a deliberate growth strategy, and Central Florida has clearly become a priority region for the brand. Melissa Fry, Twin Peaks' Chief Marketing Officer, described the Kissimmee lodge as the ultimate sports-viewing destination in the area a claim that's easier to back up when the physical space, the beer program, and the menu are all built around that specific promise rather than trying to be everything to everyone.
The lodge opens June 29 with full lunch service, with regular operating hours kicking in July 4. Standard hours run 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Additional details about opening celebrations will be announced in the coming weeks.
