7 Brew is marking the opening of Stand 777 in San Antonio with its biggest grand opening yet, featuring free drinks, Lucky Lanes giveaways, cowboy hats, and a week of special offers- a milestone for America's fastest-growing drive-thru coffee chain.

7 Brew, the drive-thru beverage chain that has taken the American coffee market by storm, is preparing to open its 777th location- a milestone that is all the more striking when you consider that the brand finished 2025 with just 604 stands. That kind of growth trajectory is almost without precedent in the restaurant industry, and it has propelled 7 Brew to become the fourth-largest coffee concept in the country in less than a decade. The new location, situated in San Antonio, Texas, will be known as Stand 777 and will be celebrated with what the company is billing as its biggest grand opening event to date- a fitting way to mark a number that carries its own sense of occasion.
The grand opening of Stand 777 is scheduled to run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the entire day designed as an immersive celebration for customers who show up. The centrepiece of the event is a pair of massive, matching "Lucky Lanes" buildouts flanking the location- an interactive experience featuring merchandise displays and surprise giveaways that give the opening the feel of an event rather than a ribbon-cutting. Customers who visit on the day will receive a commemorative sticker sheet and the opportunity to win prizes by matching items inside the Lucky Lanes. Prizes on offer include free drink cards, 7 Brew branded merchandise such as t-shirts and bandanas, and for seven grand prize winners, free drinks for an entire year alongside custom cowboy hats and additional surprise gifts.
The Stand 777 opening is not just a local event- 7 Brew has extended the celebration nationwide with a special sticker sheet being distributed across the country to mark the occasion. The sheet commemorates three landmark moments in the brand's history - the opening of its very first stand, the 500th location, and now the 777th. It is a simple but effective way of making customers across the country feel part of a shared milestone rather than spectators to someone else's party. For a brand that has built much of its identity around community energy and genuine human connection at the drive-thru window, that kind of inclusive gesture is entirely on brand.
7 Brew President Chris Dawson was thoughtful in his assessment of what Stand 777 signifies beyond the headline number. "It's more than a milestone," he said in a statement. "It's a reflection of the incredible momentum behind 7 Brew and the people and communities that continue to fuel our growth across the country." The comment speaks to something important about how 7 Brew understands its own success. The brand's growth has not been driven by corporate strategy alone- it has been fuelled by the loyalty and enthusiasm of customers in hundreds of communities who have made their local 7 Brew stand a genuine part of their daily routine. Stand 777 is as much a celebration of those people as it is of any internal achievement.
The festivities at Stand 777 do not end when the grand opening wraps up. From June 16 to 19, the location will offer free small drinks during three daily windows- 8 to 9 a.m., 12 to 1 p.m., and 5 to 6 p.m.- giving customers multiple opportunities throughout the day to stop in and celebrate at no cost. The promotion runs across four consecutive days, ensuring that even those who cannot make the Monday opening have a chance to be part of the occasion. On June 20, the final day of the celebratory week, customers who purchase a large drink at Stand 777 will receive a free t-shirt- a tangible keepsake from a week that the brand has gone to considerable lengths to make memorable.
The opening of Stand 777 is an opportunity to step back and appreciate just how extraordinary 7 Brew's rise has been. In less than a decade, the brand has gone from a single drive-thru stand to the fourth-largest coffee concept in the United States- a category that includes deeply entrenched giants with decades of brand equity and billions in infrastructure behind them. Adding roughly 173 locations in the months since the end of 2025 alone underlines that the growth engine shows no sign of slowing. For a concept built on the straightforward premise of fast, friendly, high-quality beverages served through a drive-thru window, the numbers tell a story of a brand that found its formula early and has been executing it with remarkable consistency ever since.
