Scooter's Coffee teams up with Little Debbie to introduce two new Cosmic Brownies-themed beverages, available for a limited time starting June 18, 2026.

Scooter's Coffee is bringing a beloved childhood treat to life in drink form, partnering once again with Little Debbie to introduce two new beverages inspired by Cosmic Brownies. The Cosmic Brownies Latte and the Cosmic Brownies Crème Cold Brew will be available at Scooter's Coffee locations for a limited time starting June 18, 2026. Each drink combines familiar mocha and cupcake flavors with the chain's signature espresso or cold brew bases, creating a beverage lineup that pays tribute to one of Little Debbie's most recognizable snacks. For longtime fans of the colorful, fudgy treat, these new menu additions offer a way to enjoy that nostalgic flavor profile in a completely new format, whether someone is starting their morning or looking for an afternoon pick-me-up during the warmer summer months ahead.
The Cosmic Brownies Latte is designed with flexibility in mind, available hot, iced, or blended depending on customer preference and the weather. Each version is finished with a generous topping of whipped cream, a drizzle of mocha, and small candy-coated chocolate pieces meant to visually and texturally evoke the signature toppings found on the classic Little Debbie snack. The combination of espresso, mocha, and cupcake-inspired flavoring aims to recreate the rich, chocolatey taste that Cosmic Brownies fans have enjoyed for years. By offering the drink across hot, iced, and blended formats, Scooter's Coffee is making sure the beverage appeals to a wide range of customers, regardless of season or personal taste, while still keeping the nostalgic Cosmic Brownies theme front and center.
The second new offering, the Cosmic Brownies Crème Cold Brew, takes a slightly different approach by starting with cold brew coffee that is slow-steeped in-store for a full 24 hours each day, a process that gives the base a smooth, naturally sweet flavor. From there, the drink is topped with cupcake-flavored cold foam, a drizzle of mocha, and the same candy-inspired toppings used on the latte version. This combination results in a layered, dessert-like beverage that leans into the cold brew's smoothness while still delivering the same playful, nostalgic Cosmic Brownies experience. For customers who prefer cold coffee drinks but still want that indulgent, snack-inspired flavor, this option offers an alternative to the espresso-based latte.
According to Angela Dempsey, Scooter's Coffee's senior director of menu strategy, the goal behind this collaboration was to create two distinct drinks that genuinely capture both the flavor and the fun, playful spirit associated with Cosmic Brownies. She described the development process as an effort to translate a familiar snack experience into something new and exciting within a coffee shop setting. Dempsey expressed pride in continuing the partnership with Little Debbie, noting that the brand worked closely to ensure both beverages stayed true to the nostalgic appeal of the original treat. She also shared confidence that customers who try these drinks will likely be reminded of, and want to revisit, the actual Cosmic Brownies snack itself.
This collaboration isn't the first between the two brands. Last fall, Scooter's Coffee and Little Debbie introduced the Oatmeal Creme Pie Latte, a seasonal espresso-based drink that combined oat and molasses notes with white mocha to recreate the flavor of that classic snack. That earlier launch helped lay the groundwork for this new Cosmic Brownies-themed lineup, demonstrating that the partnership between the two brands has continued to grow over time. Notably, Scooter's Coffee remains the only quick-service coffee chain to hold an official menu partnership tied to Little Debbie's lineup of nostalgic snacks, giving the brand a distinctive position in a crowded coffee market where many chains compete for attention through limited-time offerings.
Both the Cosmic Brownies Latte and the Cosmic Brownies Crème Cold Brew will be available starting June 18, 2026, for a limited time only, so customers interested in trying them are encouraged not to wait too long. To make the most of the experience, customers can download the Scooter's Coffee mobile app, which allows them to start earning rewards, called Smiles, with every purchase made through the app. For those who haven't used the app before, first-time users receive a free medium drink after completing their first in-app order at a participating Scooter's Coffee location, adding extra value to trying these new seasonal beverages.
