More back of house than front of house a lot of people after Covid decided to go into different industries and didn't want to get back in the restaurant business. While many competitors adjusted pricing to account for higher input costs, Cappy’s Cafe opted to maintain pricing stability, weathering the period until markets calmed. It was due to a customer, and it's one of our top items now. One long-time customer describes the experience succinctly- It's a great place. Food's always good. The ceremony, it's like family here. The young guys come in and they'll devour the whole thing. I can only eat about half usually, Campbell remarks of the famously hearty breakfast burritos.
