Krispy Kreme has unveiled its Summer Seasonal Collection, featuring two new doughnuts, returning fan favourites, and two limited-time Lemonade Chillers- available from June 16 for a limited time at participating US locations.

Krispy Kreme is marking the arrival of summer with an all-new seasonal collection that blends bright, refreshing flavours with the kind of indulgent comfort the brand has built its reputation on. Available from Tuesday, June 16 for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme shops across the United States, the Summer Seasonal Collection brings together a mix of brand-new creations and returning fan favourites designed to capture the easy, feel-good spirit of the season. Whether the occasion is a beach trip, a backyard barbecue, a road trip, or simply a sunny afternoon with nowhere particular to be, Krispy Kreme is positioning its summer lineup as the ideal companion for all of it.
Leading the Summer Seasonal Collection are two doughnuts making their first-ever appearance on the Krispy Kreme menu. The Original Glazed Strawberry Cake Doughnut takes the brand's beloved old-fashioned cake doughnut format and infuses it with strawberry flavour, wrapped in the iconic Original Glazed finish that has defined Krispy Kreme for decades. The Lemon Bar Doughnut, meanwhile, offers a more layered experience- an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in white icing and cookie pieces, then finished with a lemon swirl and a sweet powdered coating that echoes the tangy, crumbly character of the classic dessert it is named after. Both additions bring something genuinely new to the menu while staying true to the playful, dessert-forward identity Krispy Kreme's customers have come to expect.
Alongside the new arrivals, two beloved seasonal doughnuts are making a welcome return. The Key Lime Pie Doughnut- an unglazed shell doughnut filled with key lime pie Kreme, dipped in lime green icing, and finished with a frosting dollop and graham-flavoured crunch- brings a tart, tropical edge that has earned a loyal following in previous seasons. The Cannoli Inspired Doughnut returns as well, featuring an unglazed ring dipped in chocolate icing and cookie crunch, topped with cannoli-flavoured buttercreme and a sweet powdered coating. The combination of new and returning items gives the summer collection both novelty and nostalgia- something to discover for the first time and something to look forward to all over again.
Recognising that summer calls for something cold as much as something sweet, Krispy Kreme is expanding its beverage lineup with two new limited-time Lemonade Chiller flavours to accompany the classic Frozen Lemonade and Strawberry Chillers already on the menu. The Watermelon Infused Lemonade Chiller blends crisp frozen lemonade with a juicy watermelon twist, delivering the kind of refreshing, fruit-forward combination that feels tailor-made for a hot afternoon. The Mango Infused Lemonade Chiller takes a more tropical direction, infusing the frozen lemonade base with sweet mango for a drink that balances bright citrus with warm, summery fruit flavour. Together, the two new Chillers give customers a complete summer treat experience- something to sip alongside something to savour.
Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme's Chief Brand and Product Officer, was clear about the philosophy behind the collection. "Summer's all about easy, feel-good moments, and this collection is our take on that- fun flavours that fit right into the season," she said. "They're only here for a little while, so enjoy them while you can." The urgency embedded in that last line is deliberate. Limited-time offerings have long been one of Krispy Kreme's most effective tools for driving traffic and creating a sense of occasion around a store visit. By framing the summer collection as fleeting, the brand gives customers a reason to act now rather than assume the flavours will still be there next week- a classic scarcity dynamic that the doughnut industry has refined into something of an art form.
The arrival of the Summer Seasonal Collection also signals the departure of the Spring lineup. Four doughnuts- the HERSHEY'S Double Chocolate, Strawberries and Kreme, Banana Pudding, and Original Glazed Blueberry Cake- will be removed from the menu as summer takes over. For fans of those flavours, the window to grab a final serving is closing. The Summer Seasonal Collection is available in-shop and at the drive-thru, as well as for pickup or delivery through the Krispy Kreme app and website. Customers can locate their nearest participating shop at krispykreme.com and are encouraged to share their summer doughnut moments using the hashtag KrispyKreme and tagging @krispykreme on social media.
